WARM-UP

Before a selection of shows, we will offer you a very special warm-up programme: for anyone interested of any age, you will have the chance to not just prepare yourself mentally for the performance, but also physically. Behind the scenes or right there on the stage, you can get to know and directly experience the working methods of the different theatre-makers through examples and exercises you can participate in.

After the warm-up, there will be enough time to freshen up before the show, which you can then experience with sharpened senses.

PLAY INTRODUCTIONS AND POST-SHOW DISCUSSIONS

Background on the production, insights into the artists’ working methods and information about the context in which the plays were created will be explained by Martine Dennewald and Katharina Wisotzki half an hour before each show in the introductions or in discussions after the show.

COOL-DOWN

The cool-down is the new format in the Theaterformen programme+: a chaired post-show discussion for the audience in the style of a campfire circle, where everyone gets to say their piece.
