We are looking for teenagers between the ages of 16 and 20 for the play Teenage Songbook of Love and Sex

Do you enjoy singing? Do you like writing your own songs? Would you like to perform songs on stage together with other young people?
For the play Teenage Songbook of Love and Sex by Ásrún Magnúsdóttir & Alexander Roberts, we are looking for teenagers from Braunschweig who are interested in singing and performing on stage together with teenagers from Iceland. The songs will be developed together with the group.
Stage experience or vocal training is not required! The songs will be sung in English and German. The play is about the big topics of love and sexuality.
The play will be presented during the Festival Theaterformen in cooperation with JUNGES! Staatstheater Braunschweig.
Who?
Singers & Songwriters between the ages of 16 and 20 can participate.
When?
- May 9 - 12 Workshop phase
- June 15 - 19 Rehearsals
- June 20 & 21 Three Performances
Where?
The rehearsals and performances take place at the LOT-Theater in Braunschweig.
